I’m a results-driven B2B marketing leader with over 25 years of experience across marketing strategy, commercial operations, and business transformation. I specialise in go-to-market strategy, lead generation, revenue growth, and process optimisation to improve profitability and efficiency.
I’ve led cross-functional teams through complex change, aligning marketing and sales to deliver measurable impact. My approach is to blend strategic clarity with creative thinking and operational rigour.

I’ve directed marketing across 160+ brands, delivered 20%+ YoY digital revenue growth, built high-performing teams, led CRM and digital transformation, and driven SME commercial performance through improved acquisition, retention, and AI-driven optimisation.
It’s not all about strategy though, I also roll my sleeves up and I want you to see us as part of your team.When i’m not working you’ll find me with my 3x sons, on my road bikes, podcasting or building lego. I’m also a school governor, and dad to Brodie, a little Cockapoo.
